Check that you signed in with the email used for the purchase. If it is still missing, contact support with the purchase email and product name. Never send your password.
The product says the device limit is reached.
Check the device count in your account. Contact support if you need help releasing an old activation before using a different computer.
Does this page activate my browser?
No. Your desktop tool or Premiere Pro panel activates the computer it runs on. Opening this page does not use a device slot.
